Thomas Duffy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advocate IT. A former government employee and nationally recognized technology leader, Mr. Duffy brings nearly two decades of experience advancing digital modernization across commercial enterprises and the Federal Government.
His background spans IT security policy development, enterprise systems operations, and high-impact mission support— including service with the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee, Treasury Department, and the Defense Information Systems Agency. Mr. Duffy has led award-winning proposal and modernization initiatives and has been instrumental in securing more than $2.2 billion in federal technology and professional services contracts across defense, civilian, intelligence, and biomedical agencies.
Known for integrating emerging technologies with disciplined program management, Mr. Duffy guides organizations in modernizing legacy platforms, enhancing cybersecurity posture, improving data accessibility, and streamlining mission-critical operations.
